MY COMMISSION STATUS IS CLOSED AT THE MOMENT. Winter slots will be announced at a later date.
Commission slots for September-October are FULL. Check out the progress page if you are one of the commissioners. All orders paid before September 10th will be completed by October 10th.
Commission slots for November-December are currently FULL. Check out the progress page. If some people flake and a spot becomes available, I will announce it via DeviantART, facebook and twitter. So please be on the lookout if you're interested.
How do commissions work?
- 1. Send me an inquiry by email at pheleon[at]gmail[dot]com (see below for details)
- 2. I will give you an estimate. If the quote suits your budget, I will send an invoice to your paypal account (please let me know your paypal email address!). If you are not paying by paypal, I will give further instructions at this point.
- 3. Once the payment is clear, I will start the plush. When the plush is complete, I will confirm your shipping information and have it shipped.
Paying in half is also an option. The other half will be paid when the plush is complete. When the payment is fully cleared, the plush will be shipped. Please let me know if you prefer this option.
What is an inquiry?
- 1. Adequate reference photos (pictures of the front, back and face)
- 2. Please include the answers to these questions:
About the plush Name of character (and where it's from): Eye colour: Hair colour: Any other colour specifications (e.g. clothes): Type of plushie: Important features: Your Location Country: (if from Canada/USA, please provide postal code/zip code)
** I need to know your location to estimate the shipping costs.
The more concise and complete this inquiry is, the faster I will be able to work on the project. More time should be spent making the plushie rather than answering emails. ^_^
Examples of Inquiries
Here are some examples of really excellent commission inquiries I've received in the past (and btw, these were done by 3 different people; I swear great minds think alike!). It's not necessary to compile it all into one file like these commissioners have done. Just take note on how clear the reference photos are. The better the photos, the more accurate plush I can give you!
